The AI Open Platform is a platform that helps bilibili employees perceive the boundaries of AI capabilities, master cutting-edge AI tool capabilities.
Background
As a large Internet company, bilibili's employees are mainly divided into an operation team, a development team, an algorithm team, a management team, and a design center.
After the first round of surveys, more than 90% of workers have used AI, and more than half of workers are proficient in using it
Goal
Based on the analysis of human characteristics from rationality and emotion, combined with the characteristics of employees, the capabilities of bilibili. AI is maximized through reasonable design.
User Research
After interviewing with multiple teams, we found that most employees are familiar with AI tools and hope to receive further support from the company.
Solution
Based on the original 5 solutions, we conducted a feasibility analysis and finally selected 4 of them. Our final features are AI chatbots, TTS, and Prompt Assistance. The entire platform was going to be empowered by our own LLM.
Prototype
Our platform provides an integrated AI ecosystem where users can build personalized personas and generate custom voice synthesis, all supported by an intelligent workspace that optimizes prompts and model selection for maximum performance.
User Testing
AI Open Platform was tested in several rounds. From within different internal teams, to the World Artificial Intelligence Conference.
